Second study educational tour to Emilia-Romagna

Within the project "The real Flavours & Coltures of the
Italian regions in Scandinavia" - www.italianflavours.org - developed by
the Italian Trade Commission (ICE), in collaboration with five
Italian Regions, on tuesday June 14, 2011 we received a delegation
of 4 qualified wine & food journalists coming from Scandinavian
countries.
The delegation was composed by:
- Mr. Jerker Arrhenius - Sweden
- Mr. Erik Mortensen - Denmark
- Mr. Risto Karmavuo - Finland
- Ms. Lene Aarnes Westerhaug - Norway

In this workshop the group of journalists has been guided
through educational visits held at excellent and innovative
production facilities in each region.
The goal of the project is to promote italian Food & Wine
quality products through direct experience in contact with the
producers.

Our winery has been chosen to represent Emilia's wine production with our typical products such as "Lambrusco" sparkling red wine or "Spergolino" sparkling white wine.
